A beautiful light brown Connecticut wrapper | Leathery but not oily to the touch | firm & light in weight
hay, barnyard, and wheat
Right from the start this cigar had notes of hay and barnyard. The draw was extremely smooth from first puff. As you can see from the photo, this cigar had a razor sharp burn.
Midway through the first third there is a bit of spice (not pepper). It is a very mild spice.
The spice took center stage. Each puff started with a bit of spice, hay, and then a bit of a soft cream finish.
The burn line started a bit wavy but soon corrected itself.
The spice really took over. Every few puffs, there was still a bit of hay but it was a very smooth spice and cream with the majority of the finish. What a fantastic finish– cream and spice.
The burn like was fantastic and the draw was open and smooth.
